India: Domestic orders are shipped via BlueDart.

International: Overseas shipments are handled by FedEx.

If courier service is unavailable in your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and packed within 3–7 business days.

Customized or special edition products may require additional processing time.

Updates are shared through Email and WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Time

India: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

International: Usually 3–4 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

Delays may happen due to weather, customs, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Charges

India: Free shipping across India.

International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.

All charges are shown clearly before payment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes must be paid by the customer.

WaveShop only charges for the product value and shipping cost.

Packaging & Safety

We use strong and protective packaging to keep your décor products safe during transit.

Every package is tested, sealed, and quality-checked before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking ID will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.

You can track shipments directly on BlueDart or FedEx websites.

Failed Delivery / RTO

Please provide a complete shipping address and active phone number or email.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.

For international orders, full reshipment cost must be borne by the customer.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delays may occasionally occur because of customs clearance, weather issues, product inspection, or courier operations.
